The buffet layout is remarkably clean, well-organized, and constantly refreshed with piping-hot dishes. My family and I recently visited this restaurant, and overall we had a good experience. Staff was courteous, attentive, and worked hard to ensure guests were taken care of by offering refill. Since it was out first time here we were not aware we would have servers come refill our cups and we were left unsure if we should tip them. Anyway, the buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, and we appreciated having so many options to choose from. Many of the items were flavorful. That said, there are a few areas where improvements could make the experience even better. We noticed that portions of the dining room floor were quite sticky, which took away from the otherwise clean appearance of the restaurant. It would also be helpful if utensils were replenished more consistently so guests don't have to search or wait for them. Lastly, while the buffet had a good selection, some of the food appeared to have been sitting out for a while. More frequent rotation and replenishment of the buffet items would help ensure everything stays fresh and at its best. Good selection, but you would expect such from a buffet. Pricing is a little higher than combo meals from fast food these days, and much better food. I didnt wait long to be seated for an early dinner. There was a low Humm of conversations going, but nothing too much. Food was good and reminded me of the butterfly shrimp Ive eaten over the years at Sizzler. I mistook the Liver and Onions for steak, but if you are into that sort of thing then they got you. Desserts were good along with a nice selection. For the price it is good, if you are looking for better then goto Yamava, but it is twice the price per person. Overall I am pleased with my trip and will be back again. Staff was friendly and helpful, plus they dont bug you like some places. Great first trip!

So this is of 4/20/26 @ 8:42pm Decided to treat myself I had arrived at 7:18pm After paying choosing my own seat left side next 2 window Server service ; I had only seen my server 2x times and there was when they grabbed the plates, when they stacked 2-3 times never refilled my drink.I did it myself 3x times Don't know his name. He fully disappeared from the section for like 45 mins no one covered Cook / steak service; There was only like two 2.5 steaks already cooked/ available And after that, no other steaks were cooked at all after even after asking 7:30pm - left Cashier service; Was polite friendly patient And was on point when customers came in Dessert service; Area was clean. Desserts were restocked. Felt positive vibes from right side of the establishment Left side was just dead I normally come here a lot, Not as full & satisfying as used to get I'll give an update if I come back and if the next time is any better

I've tried a couple of different locations and this one in San Bernadino I found to be a little bit more chaotic over the other ones I've visited. It doesn't seem as clean as the others but the food was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was a little bit on the noisy side. People getting up and retrieving their food, full plate fulls like 4-5 times. Never finishing their pickings (wasted food) for just a bite or two. When I went it was on the early side of the day. Next time maybe I'll try to visit a little later in the day. The management, no need to stand right in the middle of the restaurant to conduct a group pow wow (meeting) while customers are having to walk around you while you conduct your inner office business. I'd give it another chance or two. Still, I was only there for the food and was not disappointed.
